What I like about using something like Tissueglu with procedures such as a tummy tuck stems from the fact that by the time the "glued" area heals itself, it actually dissolves so there is actually less scarring. The only issue at-hand would be if a patient would feel secure in having this used to seal any incisions vs. standard sutures.
